Hello Room 4 families
We've had a great week in Room 4. The kids loved the pumpkin patch. Thank you to all the parent volunteers who came with us.

Friday, November 22: Picture Day

Language Arts:
This week we will continue to work on rhyming words and listening for word changes in short rhymes. We will work on counting the number of words in sentences and figuring out which word in a pair is the longer word. These skills are all precursors to reading.
New sight words: it, no, and this.
We will finish up reading and learning about shadows and how they change.

Math:
This week we will work on comparing and ordering numbers to 10. We will take the chapter tests on numbers to 10 and begin our next chapter on graphs.

We are almost out of hand sanitizer. If you'd like to donate some to room 4, please send it to school with your child or drop it off in the back of the classroom. Thank you!

Thanks for reading!
Have a great weekend.
